In 2024, the SCLAN Music Foundation launched Band Experience with a singular vision: to bridge the gap between raw musical talent and professional mastery. What began as an ambitious workshop quickly evolved into a powerful movement for musicians, instrumentalists, and worship leaders.
Gathering nearly 100 foundational attendees for our first-ever edition, the atmosphere was charged with discovery and connection. Participants gained direct access to practical industry knowledge, mentorship, and technical training led by special guest mentors including Joe Mettle and MOG Music.
Beyond the instrumental training sessions, the 2024 Genesis marked the inaugural presentation of the ICE Awards, honoring pioneers who shaped the creative landscape. It proved that when musicians are equipped with the right mindset, community, and technical tools, the entire culture of live performance shifts upward.
