I believe that playing an instrument is only the first step for a musician. There is a greater need to evolve, to birth ideas, to build big things, and to create solutions that will benefit the world. Music gives us a foundation, but our potential goes far beyond the instrument we play. As musicians, we have the ability to become innovators, entrepreneurs, leaders, creators and changemakers.

It is my prayer that Band Experience will continue to play its role in shifting mindsets, challenging musicians to think beyond the stage, and releasing better versions of themselves into the world. May we not only create great music, but alson create great ideas, great businesses, great communities and a greater future.
